What is Mike's Coin Chest return policy?
Mike's Coin Chest offers a return policy as a courtesy to it's customers. MCC must be notified of any returns by phone or E-Mail Within 48 Hours of Receiving the Merchandise. All items must be RETURNED to MCC by USPS EXPRESS MAIL with INSURANCE for the full amount of the items WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving the order. All returns will be VOID if returned items take longer than a total of 5 days from receiving the order, or if the PCGS holders have been altered, cracked, damaged, or removed from their original sealed holders as originally shipped to the purchaser. MCC also does not reimburse Buyers for postage to return coins to MCC.

What are the shipping charges for orders from Mike's Coin Chest?
Mike's Coin Chest covers shipping when you purchase from us. We have our own private insurance and ship everything over $1500 USPS express mail, which is usually 1 day shipping.
How long will the order process take?
If you pay by Credit Card, it should take one business day to process the payment and 1-2 business days for the order to be delivered to your address.
If you are paying by check, It takes 3-5 business days to cash and clear the check. Then the standard 1-2 business days for shipping.
What happens after I place a online order with Mike's Coin Chest?
After the online order is placed you will be notified by PayPal and MCC. MCC will keep you updated throughout the process and you should have your order within days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
All online orders will receive an invoice from MCC.
